why we are different:

KURV ARCHITECTURE D.P.C. is a New York City based architecture, investment and development firm. We are a unique multidisciplinary team that combines award winning DESIGN methodology, state of the art ARCHITECTURE design technology, and a unique and powerful wealth of industry RESOURCES that allow us to considerably improve upon the PRODUCTS created by the business of real estate development.

We are foremost, a design-development firm, specializing in the increased return of tangible added VALUE through the implementation of unique award winning DESIGN. The word DESIGN is used in the broadest sense to describe the full scope of the development process. Therefore, we work at all scales and stages of the process to ensure that increased value is returned as a result of our direct involvement. We have skin in the game in our projects and act accordingly to make sure it shows through to the very end in every detail.

Our company's role and mission is to apply our collective knowledge and experience of the worlds of real property, buildings, structures, mechanics, architecture, interiors, industrial manufacturing, production, construction and digital technology onto NEW ideas and experiences for better buildings and better development. Simply put, we provide a smarter built world by leveraging our DESIGN knowledge, industry contacts and accumulated first hand experience.

Our SERVICES include; property analysis, land value and zoning analysis, highest and best use studies, four dimensional modeling of building pro forma, project capital raising and securement, joint venture syndications, architecture and interior design concepts, project development, construction documents and coordination, owner's project management representation, general project consulting and turn-key deliveries.

We are unique in our multidisciplinary approach because we DESIGN and oversee the production of the entirety of a building's integrated components, from the foundations and superstructure to the ART that hangs on the wall integrating everything else in-between; kitchens, lighting, plumbing, flooring, textiles, ceramics, electronics, millwork, materials and the HVAC. No other design focused development studio in the world can bring this broad spectrum of talent and fine approach to detail into the world of BUILDINGS in such an wholistic way.

We use DESIGN in our day to day work to shape better human experiences, hence we believe that DESIGN is a creative, social and economic act. Good DESIGN shapes emotion. Good DESIGN makes lives better, more functional, more beautiful, sensorial and inspiring.

We've all heard that a good BUILDING is more than a sum of it's individual parts, but what happens when everything from the development process itself down to the door handles you touch are individually well DESIGNED parts collectively working together for the bigger picture? Our end goal is to create a reputation for adding value by creating better buildings that positively affect our end user's lives and create value for the community where they are found. We add value through DESIGN..
